Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us within one hour by email to confirm your order. Goods will be shipped between 1-2 working days within the UK and 5-10 working days internationally.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send an email with your tracking reference number and a link to the delivery courier.
Deliveries within the UK will usually take 1-2 working days to be delivered and 5-10 working days internationally.

Shipping & Delivery
There will be a fixed delivery charge of £4.99 tracked shipping with Royal Mail (2-3 working day delivery) and £20 for tracked international delivery with Royal Mail (3-7 working day delivery).
Once shipped you will receive a tracking number of our shipping partners where you can get up to date information on your orders delivery status.
There are exceptional circumstances where our shipping partner has delays, therefore allow up to 48 hours for deliveries.
Returns & Refunds
You will need to pay for your return. You can return goods within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging (no tags removed), and in the same condition in which you received them. If you wish to return, follow the steps:
- 1 Repack your items.
- 2 Contact us via email, firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can provide you with a returns address.
- 3 Once you have received the address you're ready to post it off! Make sure you keep proof of postage!
- 4 Keep an eye on your return tracking. You'll get an email once we receive your returned item.
Please allow 5-10 working days for the refunded money to appear in your account. If you have still not received the refund after this time, please contact us via email, email@example.com.
Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) by following the steps under 'returns' and reorder for a replacement.
